ATG EPower Product Warranty

ATG EPower stands by our products and offers warranties on all ATG EPower products against defects in workmanship and material. The exact detail of the warranty depends on the specific product category and can be found below.

Portable Power Stations

ATG EPower warrants to the original consumer purchaser that ATG EPower Portable Power Station Products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use for a time period of three years, subject to exclusions.

Installed Residential Batteries

ATG EPower warrants to the original consumer purchaser that ATG EPower Residential Battery System Products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use for a time period of ten years, subject to exclusions. This warranty can be transferred to the next owner, provided that the battery system remains installed at the original location.

Third Party Products

ATG EPower carries a variety of third-party products from our supplier partners. These products are covered under the warranty of the original supplier and not by ATG EPower. ATG EPower will however assist customers with troubleshooting and warranty applications for third-party products purchased from ATG EPower.
