ATG Comprehensive Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty 

ATG warrants to the original consumer purchaser that ATG products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified below, subject to the exclusions set forth in this policy.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

2. Warranty Periods 

The warranty period for ATG products commences on the date of purchase by the original consumer and is as follows:

ATG Stackable Home Battery: 10 years
ATG Split Home Battery: 10 years

ATG Titan Home Battery: Battery 10 years but Inverter just 5years

RV Battery: 5 years

Portable Power Station: 2 years
Inverter: 5 years

Home EV Charger: 5 years
Commercial EV Charger: 5 years

3. Limited Performance Warranty for Batteries

   For ATG Stackable Home Battery, ATG Split Home Battery, and ATG Titan Home Battery, ATG warrants that the product will retain at least 70% of its nominal energy capacity for 10 years or 6,000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), whichever comes first.

4. Remedy 

ATG will, at its option, (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.

5. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
   

   This warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner of an ATG product.

6. Exclusions 

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1. 1. a) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or use contrary to the product manual.
   2. b) Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than ATG or its authorized service providers.
   3. c) A product or part that has been modified without the written permission of ATG.
   4. d) Any product where the ATG serial number has been removed or defaced.
   5. e) Products purchased through unauthorized channels or online auction houses.
   6. f) Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
   7. g) Normal wear and tear.
   8. h) Damage from natural disasters, power surges, or environmental conditions beyond ATG’s control.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any battery cell unless it has been fully charged by you within seven (7) days after your purchase of the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

7. Limitation of Liability

   ATG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. ATG’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT PLUS INTEREST ALLOWED BY LAW. ATG IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY USE OR MALFUNCTION OF ANY ATG PRODUCT, OR FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

8. Implied Warranties 

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

9. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

   ATG offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased directly from www.atgepower.com. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will refund the full purchase price.

10. Open Box Products and Returns

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Upon opening the product packaging, please be aware that the 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to open box products. All sales of open box products are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for open box products.

For unopened products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unopened product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. This only applies to products purchased directly from ATG. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

11. Obtaining Warranty Service

    To obtain warranty service, you must contact our customer service team at support@atgepower.com. A sales receipt from the original consumer purchase is required to establish the beginning of the warranty period.

If our customer service team authorizes your warranty claim, they will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.

12. Return Instructions for Battery Products

Because battery products are often classified as hazardous materials, special care must be taken when returning these items:

Place your product in its original box or a sturdy inner box with sufficient padding.

Place the sealed inner box inside the outer hazmat-labeled box provided by ATG.

Include all required documentation and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

Schedule a ground pickup with the designated shipping carrier. Do not drop off the package at a local shipping location.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in the shipment being returned to you and potential fines from shipping carriers or regulatory bodies.

ATG reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will not be retroactive and will only apply to future purchases.
